Interesting article about the similarities between Microsoft's 1986 IPO and Facebook's 2011 IPO both headed by Goldman Sachs. John Stewart had a good rant on last nights The Daily Show about [Glodman buying Facebook shares to by pass the SEC](http://watch.thecomedynetwork.ca/the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart/full-episodes/the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart

I have never understood why people insist that Apple is becoming Microsoft because of the App Store and MobileMe. Microsoft never had an application store1 or a cloud services. Actually I would say that Microsoft Windows is less proprietary (you can install on what ever hardware you please) than Apple's Mac OS X (which you can only install on Apple's hardware). Apple is by far more evil than Microsoft.

  1. I actually think that if Microsoft had a Windows App Store new users wouldn't download so many Freeware applications that are actually viruses.

If you are like me then you have bought Angry Birds (an addictive game where you launch birds at pigs because the pigs stole the birds eggs) for your iPhone, iPad, and now with the new Mac App Store for your personal computers (or Macs). But how do you sync the level you already completed on your iPad to your iPhone and Mac? MacWorld has a great tutorial on how to do that.

You can download my completed levels if you don't feel like completed them all yourself.

After thirty years of absolute no organic material, scientists say that they have found organic material in the Martian soil collected by Viking.

Scientists repeated a key Viking experiment using perchlorate-enhanced soil from Chile's Atacama Desert, which is considered one of the driest and most Mars-like places on Earth, and found telltale fingerprints of combusted organics -- the same chemicals Viking scientists dismissed as contaminants from Earth.

"Contrary to 30 years of perceived wisdom, Viking did detect organic materials on Mars," planetary scientist Christopher McKay, with NASA's Ames Research Center in California, told Discovery News. "It's like a 30-year-old cold case suddenly solved with new facts."

The Opportunity, the little rover that could is exploring the Santa Maria crater (a football-field-size crater on the planet Mars).

Opportunity and its twin, Spirit, which passed its seventh anniversary on Mars this week, both have made important discoveries about wet environments on ancient Mars that may have been favourable for supporting microbial life.

  3. Write a blog post at least two time a month.
  4. Develop and sell my own iOS and Android Application.
